1. EDU reserves the right to postpone or cancel all programs organized both remotely and face-to-face, or to make changes in the content, instructor, location, etc. In case of cancellation/postponement of such activities, participants who have paid the fee will be refunded, or the amount can be credited for use in the next training or another program. In the case of a different schedule or program request, the current fee for each program will be considered.
2. To be definitively accepted as a participant in the programs, the full fee must be paid in advance.
3. In case participants have made a final registration for a training organized by EDU and wish to withdraw from it for any reason, they have the right to cancel their registration and request a refund if they do so at least 7 (5 business days would be more consistent) business days before the start of the training activity.
4. If participants cancel or postpone their registration within 5 business days or less before the start of the training, the training fee will not be refunded (no-show).
